I was happy with my order overall. The cardstock and dies were definitely the standouts, really nice quality and exactly what I was hoping for. One pack did come with a few bent corners, which I’m blaming on whoever handled the package a little too roughly in transit, but it was still usable. I’d order from them again.

Checkout took a little bit, maybe like a minute or so, but it all went through fine in the end

I was looking to grab a few dies, but of course half of them were sold out again. The selection is good when things are in stock, so I’m probably just having bad timing whenever I check.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: my parcel showed up with one item damaged and another completely missing from the box. I contacted customer service, but it took forever to hear back, and the issue still hasn’t been sorted. I was actually excited to use the items, but the whole thing has just been frustrating and stressful. I’d be cautious before buying

Some of the info seemed accurate, so I don’t think I totally misunderstood it, but the sizing details weren’t very clear to me. I tried to double-check before ordering, and I still felt unsure about what size I was actually getting

The shipping cost was a little higher than I expected, but the order got here just fine. I get that shipping isn’t free, but it did feel like more than it should’ve been.

I’ve had my Crafters Companion machine for a few months now, and to be fair, it’s been reliable. It cuts clean most of the time and hasn’t jammed up like my old machine used to, which is a big plus. Setup did take me a while to figure out, and the instructions could definitely be clearer. I’ll admit, after I paid I felt a bit unsure and didn’t fully trust how things were going to go, but the machine itself has been working fine so far. Giving it 4 stars overall.

I had a warranty issue and wasn’t really looking forward to dealing with it, but they got it sorted way faster than I expected. Super easy process, too. I was kind of surprised, in a good way. Anyway, big thanks to them for making it simple...

I ordered a few crafty bits from Crafters Companion and, i wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast. It was one of those where you think it’ll take a while, but then it just doesn’t.

The dispatch email came through quickly, and the parcel arrived earlier than I had in my head. Everything was packed nicely too, so no complaints there, and that part was all fine.

I’ve definitely waited longer with other craft shops, so this was a nice little surprise. I’d order again, especially if they keep doing it like that.

I ordered during one of their promos and ended up saving a decent amount. Not every discount was amazing, but compared to a few other sites I checked, their sale prices were definitely more competitive on the items I wanted. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, but overall I’m happy with the order and would probably buy again when there’s another sale.

The order showed up fine , but the tracking barely updated , so I wasn’t really sure where it was for a few days . It wasn’t a huge deal , I just wish it had been a little clearer .

I picked this up mainly to get some help with new cards, and it ended up giving me a lot more ideas than I thought it would. Compared to just figuring things out on my own, the tutorials made it easier to try different cards and actually feel confident using them.

I ordered a few craft bits and ended up needing to return one. The actual return process wasn’t too difficult, but the refund took longer than I expected. I did contact customer service and they replied eventually, but it kind of felt like nobody had really read my message because the response was generic. I did get my money back in the end, so it wasn’t awful, but the whole thing could definitely be a bit smoother.

They’ve got a decent mix of craft supplies — papers, dies, tools, that kind of thing. I did find a few things I liked, but some of the stuff I was actually looking for was either missing or out of stock, so... yeah. It’s fine, just not amazing for me

I’ve been trying to use the loyalty points, but they don’t feel like they’re worth much. The rewards are stingy, and whenever I asked about it, it felt like they were making it my problem to figure out instead of actually helping.

I picked up some cutting dies and embossing folders from Crafter’s Companion, and I’ve been really pleased with them so far.
I’m the kind of person who notices patterns quickly, so after running a few different cardstocks through, I was happy to see the dies cut cleanly almost every time on the card I use most. The embossing folders also give a nice deep design without ripping or over-marking the paper, which is always the thing I watch for.
They were easy to use without loads of messing about with extra shims, and the order arrived fine with everything packed properly. I’d definitely buy from them again, especially for papercraft bits.
